A lot of people buy their baby clothes on ebay!

Some people don’t realize that almost everything we buy is "used". When we buy it from the store, we don’t know how many people have touched it and tried it on.

Here’s what one of my friends said she does – she goes to garage sales and picks up bags of baby clothes (if you go near when they close, they’re willing to almost give the cloths away). Hand them the bag and say "anything that doesn’t sell, I’ll pay you $5 – $10 to fill the bag". Then she sells them on ebay. She does this every Summer and makes about $500.

i love ebay and i am an advid shopper on the site! i myself have thought of selling some stuff, im just not sure about what i would have left after all the fees n stuff, ya know?

I have and I will again due to my tendency to always buy too many cute baby clothes. But I think that to make a real profit, you would be looking at selling a lot and it would be like a job, a FULL TIME one too.

I have bought new and gently used clothes for my 18 month old from Ebay all of the time! It is way cheaper and less of a hassle than running to a store and going through all of the racks. I have thought about selling some of my daughter’s clothes she has never worn on Ebay. Is it going to make you a millionaire? No. Is it going to make you some extra cash? Absolutely!

i bought 90% of my daughters clothes off ebay until she atarted wearing 12 months and then a friend of my sis-in-laws gave me both of her girls 12 month clothes… but when it comes time to buy winter clothes you better beleive ill check ebay first…

Why would you buy baby clothes on eBay. Most people and stores charge more than regular retail and you have to pay for shipping.

Yes I have and I see them posted all the time! I think you do better if you post at least 2-3 outfits together. Sometimes you can get a good amount for just one but it depends on the brand. Outfits with accessories like headbands usually sell good. I wouldn’t post shoes with outfits these don’t seem to sell well since all kids of a certain age don’t wear the same size shoes. Like my son is 18 months and wears a 6.5 or 7 while my niece is a year older and is just growing out of a 5. I have sold a few things. Some sold good some didn’t sell. I’ve bought some cheap stuff and some expensive the most I’ve spent is $400 on a laptop.

My husband and I have bought and sold many baby outfits on ebay. As long as the clothes are new/like new, I think you should have no problem selling them for a profit.
