The dimensions of a baby blanket are fairly fluid. In other words, if it isn't exact, it's not a huge deal.

Try something around 32 X 36, give or take some in either direction.

I have always made my baby blankets 40 inches square. They're a little bit bigger so they can be used for a longer time as the little ones get bigger.

depends on what the blanket will be used for. you can try something along the lines of 3'*4'

I've always used 36"x42" -- give or take, of course. It's not an exact science, as I'm sure you're well aware. If you want a definitive answer, go online and look at ready-to-purchase baby blankets. Dimensions are almost always given. Use those dimensions, if you like.

I try and do a 36x36 but sometimes have made them the size of a crib mattress. Depends on what you want it used for, simple throw it over the car seat or would you like it to grow with the baby. Good Luck
