I can do 12-13 wide grip pull ups right now and I don’t get that sore the next day after I do them. Should I start using a weighted back pack now?
oh and yes i am going for bulk right now.

I know the wide pull up with palms out, and chin ups with palms in a hands shoulder width apart. Are there any others? And what muscles do they all work?

I want to make my arms and chest bigger. I just got a pull up bar and a resistance band. How many days per week should I do pull ups? How many pulls ups / chin ups should I do each of those days?
By how many a day, I mean literally how many. So "two times a day," as someone said means two different times in the day. But how many pull ups / chin ups in those periods? Obviously I want to do more then 2 pull ups a day lol.

So I was just curious how many push ups and pull ups an 18 year old should be able to do. I can do like 80 push ups and 12-14 pullups
i meant 80 in one minute, max 180

I do pull-ups on my door by putting a cloth over the top of my door and pulling myself up until my chin is above the top of the door. I can do around 10 pull-ups (all the way up and all the way down) before I get tired. I was just wandering what muscles this exercise would work out.

P.S I don’t use one of those pull-up bars that attach to the door. I just use the door itself.

My daughter has been potty trained for all most two months but, she still wear pull ups at night. Some nights she wets the pull up and others she doesn’t. For those who have been in this situation when do you completely do away with pull ups?

I have a little over two months to prepare for the Candidate Fitness Assessment for the Naval Academy. And I want to make sure I am ready. I can currently do about 10 pull ups, 50 sit ups, 40 push ups, and run a mile in 10 minutes. How can I improve these scores?

I am planning on joining the Marines and pull ups are very important in their training. I am very good shape, i can crank out at least up to 50 push ups in under 3 minutes and can bench press 195 pounds. But i can only do 2 pull ups. Why? And how could i improve this number?
