My daughter is disabled and needs some type of diaper to wear at bedtime, she does well with Goodnight pull-ups but they are too small. ANy idea where I can find something similar but a larger size?

I’ve been doing narrow grip pull ups for sometime and can now do 2 sets of 18 each. Is it time to switch to wide grip ones? Should I completely stop doing narrow grips and just do wide grips? Or do both?

Getting a pull up bar is not a problem for me. The problem is that my door frames are non-existent, so I have no where to put it.
I can’t do a single pull-up, but I would like to be able to do a few pull ups within a month. Does anyone recommend any workouts for me? I have a resistance band and I know I should probably start working on doing push-ups.

what would be the standard that is set for a male to do as far as pull-ups? When i was doing infantry training, i maxed out at 26 chin-ups, and averaged a basic 20 chin-ups. For men of all ages.

I need to do at least one pull up this year(which currently I can’t), so I need to know, what part of your arm do you use when you do pull-ups(aka chin-ups) and how can I make it stronger when work out? Any info helps!!!
Any specific exercises to help?

i am 14 i can do about 7 pull ups (pull ups not chin ups) where there is a 90 degree bend in my arm
how much should i do per rep?
when should i consume protein?
how long for breaks between each set?

The pool we go to in the summer doesn’t allow "water wings" (the blow ups that go around the upper arm). She’ll be 21 months or so when the pool opens. What do you recommend?

Right now, I can do about 20 push ups if I try really hard and one dead hand pull up. I need to be about to do 11 dead-hang pull ups (no time limit) and roughly 60 push ups (or more) in about two minutes. I have about 7 or so months. Is it possible?
One minute of less for what?

I can do 20 pull ups fairly easily, and i’m 5’8" 127 lbs. Does this sound like a lot?
