My daughter is 27 months old and is in the 100th percentile for weight and height….sometimes off the charts at times. Shes tall for her age and she weighs 43 pounds and the doctor isn’t concerned at all with her being overweight due to her height. She’s not fat at all, but he thighs are a little chunky at top lol and i’m having a really hard time finding toddler clothing that fits. She’s in 4T jeans now and they are just right in length with just a little room to grow a bit taller, but I don’t have to roll or cuff them at all, however, they are starting to get a bit tight in the waist. I just went to target and bought her some 5t Capri’s/shorts and they are tight so i’m at a loss as to what to do. I’ve considered buying child size 4/5 clothing, but they are going to be entirely too long and then if i hem them i’m afraid that she’ll hit a growth spurt and they will be too short of fast. I buy her 4t shirts and they are even beginning to become a little short in waist length so i’m going to move up a size in those too for spring and i’m not really concerned about tops, just bottoms. Anyone else have this problem?? Any suggestions?
I buy the adjustable waist, but never need to use it because even in a 5t…they are too tight and she’s only 2. A five girls child size jeans fits fine without adjusting them at all or needing a belt lol, but you could fit another child in them length wise lol.

So I’ve decided I want to be an infant/toddler clothing designer. I reaaaally don’t want to take any college classes though. Will it be possible for me to open a small shop without taking any college courses with only a High School Diploma? If I really have to take college courses, can you tell me which one(s) I would need and for how long? I’m thinking of opening this store in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

I have a new website selling infant and toddler clothing up to 4T. I have about 30-40 people stop in a day but hardly any sales. I’ve tried to make the site as user friendly as possible and have all different styles of clothing in all price ranges. I even offer free shipping! For a school project, i have to determine the costs associated with teenage pregnancy and childbirth through age 1 of the child. Items to be researched are:
Prenatal Care including tests, diagnostic ultrasound, doctor charges for the 9 months of pregnancy if you have coverage. How much if you don’t?
Hospital Charges – labor/delivery and anesthesia charges
pediatrician charges – well/sick visits, all immunizations
diaper costs for one year <– how many diapers does a baby use??
baby food costs for one year
cost of furnishing a nursery
childcare costs for 9 months so mother can return to school
infant toddler clothing costs for a year
other miscellaneous items needed?

Would be awesome if anybody could help me with some of these things because i cant find everything out myself. someone who has had babies would be great to hear from.
