I will be participating in three consecutive consignment sales. I will be selling infant/toddler clothes sizes mostly 6-18 months. I have some store brand clothes and some name brand clothes: Gymboree/Old Navy/Gap etc.
How should I price these clothes?
I asked my friend how she prices her items and she said that she has been to enough sales that she knows what things go for. Unfortunately I have only been to one sale so I’m not sure what things sell for.
Since I’ll be doing 3 sales, I figure that I’ll price high during the first two and mark the clothes down on the third.
Please give me advice if you have ever sold at a consignment sale.

Anyone shop at Macys. Have you bought baby/ infant/ toddler clothes there? Are they too expensive or do they have good sales?

I’ve been playing the Sims 3 since it came and I’ve never bothered trying to change the toddler clothes…until now. I downloaded some bad custom content yesterday and now my babbies grow into toddlers and the toddlers will have adult boots on their feet. This is highly annoying to look at. Is there a way I can Plan my toddler clothes and change those ugly boots? This happens for ALL toddlers and children, but I can at least change the children’s shoes.
Do you know what content it was? I downloaded dozens of items before I played and saw what the bad cc did. I don’t know what’s causing it. Also, I can change the clothes, but I can’t plan the outfits. I tried it while I was holding the toddler and it only gave the option to Change not Plan. I’ll try again to make sure I’m not making a mistake or anything.

He is 15, but acts like he is 3. He likes to run around and say, "BOING! BOING! BOING!" He also is overenthusiastic and likes to stare at everybody with a really weird look on his face. Also, one time my mom made pancakes, and he said, "Yay! YAY! Mommy made pancakes! Me likey pancakes!" He says things like that all of the time. He wears weird toddler clothes as well. He is obsessed with Barney and Dungeons and Dragons, and he talks about them all of the time. If he isn’t being entertained, he starts screaming for attention. He never showers, combs his hair, washes his hands, or uses deodorant. My parents think all of this is cute, and he doesn’t have Asperger’s Syndrome either. How do I get him to stop?
He also thinks girls have cooties.

I’m 18 and I wear nothing but black it seems, which is getting to be really bland. I want to start adding colour to my wardrobe but I’m terrible at shopping and finding things that will look good on my body. My main issue is that I’m around 5’11” and 135 lbs, leaving me kind of skinny with C cups and very, very TALL. Pants are NEVER long enough for me, sleeves are always too short, and those baggy/flowy shirts that are so in right now look terrible on me because my boobs stretch out the top and completely obliterate any notion of my relatively small waist. I’m half black so I’m really tan with dark hair, and all the black clothes just make everything look so dark and imposing!
I’m not fishing for compliments or anything, I’m really critical about the way I look, but I desperately need some help knowing where to shop for clothes that will actually fit my body rather than hide it or look like tiny/short toddler clothes. Maybe something for tall women geared toward my age group, or any online stores? Thank you much!!

Ok, so I have a toddler and expecting a newborn real soon and my husband just got deployed. We agreed I’d be getting a certain amount from him while he’s gone, and I live with my family so rent isn’t really a huge deal, but they expect me to help out a little on bills.
On average, how much am I going to need for a newborn baby?? As in diapers and all that. I know they don’t need a lot, just basics. And I know my toddler doesn’t need anymore toys, maybe once in a while, but toddler clothes are on a pretty decent amount. I’m also planning on buying him a toddler bed and new mattress since his old one is for the baby. I already invested in a breastpump, I feel like I have everything ready except diapers and wipes. With my first baby, we recieved a lot of diapers so we were pretty much stocked up back then, but now it seems like I’ll be buying these things monthly + pullups.
Don’t be so judgemental, I said WE agreed I’d be getting a certain amount, and that is every month, I didn’t even mention how much. I don’t need his whole paycheck.
