My lab keeps tearing up anything he can get his paws on during the night! I have trying to make sure that everything is tidy before going to bed but he still finds something to chew up and spread through the house. He really likes to go into my daughter’s bed room and steal her stuffed animals too. I have tried baby gates, shutting doors ect but he always manages to find something!!!!! How do I break him of this?
I keep him inside at night when my husband is gone for protection.

My baby is 8 months old. She rolls over, seats up on her own also. In the morning she wakes up and just rolls over and sometimes cries. I thought if i can put little stuffed animals in her bed, so when she wakes up she can play with them;instead of her getting bored and crying for me to pick her up, eventhou she is feed and clean. Is that safe??

My fiance and I have a few stuffed animals we want to put in our baby’s crib when she’s born but we’re afraid that it might not be good for her to have them in there with her. Is it ok? they’re just like a couple teddy bears.

my parents just bought my 4 year old new shoes, she can not find them anywhere. who knows where they may be?
we looked under her bed, under her dresser, under mine as well, all the rooms in the house etc etc. where did new shoes go, she loves them too!
umm hello i am not a twitty MOM! no they are not on her FEET!
we OR I found them.. for those that gave me answers like the landuary basket i was way ahead of you, but good thinking, she put them with her stuffed animals. silly kid!! lol

I have clothes for toddler girls. All excellent condition. Toys very new looking and I’d like to give to a 2-3 year old who doesn’t have anything much. Would used stuff be wrong and how do I find the family who needs the stuff, besides craigslist. I have brand new boots for little girl, brand new shoes, huge elmo stuffed animals that sat in closet, very nice stuff. I live in Phoenix, az.

In the world of marketing, it seems there are hundreds of crib bedding sets out there for mommies-to-be to choose from! I have found a couple I really like but was recently informed by my MIL that crib bumpers, pillows, and stuffed animals are dangerous for the baby. I was not planning on needed pillows or stuffed animals but I never thought crib bumpers would be a problem. She related it to SIDS and how you should not put anything in thr crib until 12 months. What are your thoughts?

He’s 17 months old now. He still sleeps in a bare crib with no blankets, pillows or stuffed animals. I’m worried he’s getting cold, but am not sure when it is okay to put a blanket in there with him. Is he old enough?

I have always done exactly what the doctor us regarding the sleeping arrangments. He sleeps in his crib that has a mattress and fitted sheet and that’s it. No stuffed animals, no blankets..etc. He is a year old now and I’m wondering if it’s okay to throw a blanket in there- he’s sleeping all through the night and wearing footed pajamas so he’s not getting cold or anything. It’s not like I’m trying to rush it I’m just wondering when do you finally let them sleep with blankets?
