I have a 2 year old boy and he loves loves clothes. More so than toys.
I’ve bought him toys and I’d surprise him with them and he’d just look at them, play for 5 min and forget about them.

But when I buy him a new outfit, he grabs it, screams from joy, starts pulling the shirt over his head…etc.
When he wears a new item, he looks downward of himself looking at his new pants/shirt/shoes. He even turns around a few times saying "ooooooohhhhh".

Is this a bit strange?
My husband says he used to be like this as a child.
My son is also extremely neat. Not a single stain on his clothes. They all look brand new because of how he eats.

I stuck my face in my knees and stared at the ground under me. The sun rays lit up the whole court as it started to set. I smiled to myself at the beauty of the view. I’ve always had people telling me I was beautiful, but I would just tell them they needed to get out more and see some real beauty, and nature was the first thing on my list.
Bora Bora was second.
I kept staring at the ground, letting the memories of old trips roam through my head. It wasn’t long before the ground I was staring at was covered with a bunch of shoes. I looked up and noticed all the chicks from the other side of the court in front of me. Some just stared and chuckled while the one in front looked me up and down.
“Who the hell are you?” she placed a hand on her white exposed hip and glared at me. I didn’t answer her because I knew her type. With all the piercings on her body, he wouldn’t? her shirt was so small, I wouldn’t be surprised if she got it from the Baby department. Might as well take it off now, it looked like it was about rip off itself. She blew a pink bubble and twirled a jet black curl around her finger. Her eyes matched her hair, dark and pitiless. I would’ve called her good looking, but then I’d be lying. Maybe if she got rid of her clothes and the piercings.
“You hear me, b****?” And the attitude.

I have a baby doll dress that is black, white, yellow, and green, and I really like it but I don’t know what style of shoes would go with it…it hits right above my knees.

My baby is crawling and starting to stand a bit. I am trying to find a shoe that will fit her, mainly to keep her socks on her feet. My big problem is that her feet are incredibly narrow. I went to Stride-Rite and tried on every prewalker they had – every one of them was too wide and just slipped off her feet. The worker basically told me "good luck" and said I was going to have a hard time finding shoes for her. They have wide sizes, but not narrow. Even the straps didn’t get narrow enough. I really would like some, as she is pulling off her socks and her feet are really cold all the time.

The xs, s, m don’t work because her length is too long.

She may not need shoes yet, but her brother was walking at 8 months, and I need something on her feet that she can’t pull off, as there is snow on the ground. I don’t want anything with hard soles – just something like roobez (way too wide) that will keep her feet warm.

and also right now im doing a huge card fullof pitures of us since we were little and a picture of our first actual kiss and all our memories andin wrote a bunch on it!

ok yeah i know thats alot of material things but im also making stuff on my own
im gonna make him dinner(imactually doing it not my chef) (ive been taking lessons just for this) and im also gonna do other stuff for him and make him other stuff
and idk im not just giving him material things cause thats just extra cause i know he loves it more when i get him stuff coming from the heart

oh yeah and i also did this hour long video *i guess you can call it movie* and its all about up and it has pictures and videos of us and it shows the video of our first kiss and when we first started holding hands when we were 6 and how we always used to mix our foods and all our inside jokes and the dog we bought together and like EVERYTHING about us and that we have done in the last 9 years!

i knew that i needed to keep my baby really bundled up when he was little but is it the same with a toddler. the weather today is 3 degrees . so what would be really proper clothing for a 24 month old who would be outside for 5 minutes at the most between car and building.
of course i would have a hat,jacket,gloves,shoes and of course cloths but i was told i needed him to have boots not shoes on and snow pants on.

I’ve seen the knitted socks, but never the pattern – it’s a sock, but looks like a Mary Jane shoe (strap across foot) over a sock. I’ve seen one in particular that has the strap knitted separately with a button on the side, so they really look like shoes. I would love to make these and would gladly pay for the pattern, if only I could find it!

how did they act towards the shoes. I got some shoes for Cade today and put them on him. He was walking a bit funny, but he was screaming the whole time. He finally sat down and tried to rip them off his feet while screaming. The shoes fit and are soft soles, so I am a bit confused.

Did your baby do the same? This is the first time anything but socks have been on his feet. Will this last a while?
