If I use a very glowy, dewy tinted moisturizer, how will applying a matte pressed powder on top change the finish? Will it make the finish satin, or totally matte? Or will it still look basically dewy? Thanks

I just bought an adorable bedding set for my baby girl, it came with some really cute bumper pads but I’ve read that they are unsafe to use so I don’t plan on putting them in her crib. Any idea’s on some cute crafty thing I could make out of them? They just seem too cute not to be used somehow.
They are pastel pink, yellow, lavender blue and green with little satin butterflies, ladybugs, snails and flowers on them.

I am looking for a baby blanket by Bright Future. It is white/cream in color with dots or raised bumps on one side. My mother purchased one for my daughter last July at JcPenney for my baby shower. My daughter has become EXTREMELY attached to it and we have to take it with us everywhere. It wasn’t until she was about 7 or 8 months old that she became so attached, and since then I have been searching everywhere for one because JcPenney does not carry them anymore.
I did manage to locate the EXACT one I am looking for on Ebay and the person is asking for it which I cannot afford. It retailed for .99 when it was purchased. The listing on ebay calls it a "Bright Future Minky Dot White Blanket".
If ANYONE could help me locate one that doesn’t cost so much or has one of these in great condition and is willing to sell or give it to me PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know. My daughter is 16 months old now and got very sick yesterday, so sick that she keeps vomiting on the one she has now and we’ve had to take it from her several times to wash it and it’s pure torture on her. I hate doing it to her. We’ve tried others similar to it but she refuses them.
I have tried several other blankets that feel and look like this one blanket, the problem is, none of them are the same color, too thick, or the back side is satin instead of this same material. So now, I’m only looking for the EXACT same one as the one listed on ebay…

My neice just turned 3, and she will not let go of this one baby blanket that has seen its day. The specific brand we don’t know because the tag had been torn off awhile ago, however the blanket was purchased in a big retail store (possibly Target). It is a light purple or lavender with satin on the bottom, and a satin and fleece patchwork on the top. The fleece squares have these little polka dot bumps that my neice will not do without. I’m sorry I cannot give any more detail.
We are hoping that this blanket is SOMEWHERE out there because the one she uses is about to fall apart, and my poor neice lives with it.

I have a crib blanket that I am making from a front panel and satin back. I sewed them together inside out and flipped them and filled with stuffing. Now I am trying to close the top and am not sure how. Any suggestions? Thanks

Sometime in my younger years (probably around ’89 to ’92) my parents bought me a baby blanket. It’s white (maybe cotton or flannel) with printed images of baby Mickey Mouse sleeping with his teddy bear and another dragging his blanket around, Minnie reading a book, Daisy Duck holding a teddy bear, and Donald petting Pluto. It is bound around the edges in what I assume is satin, or something like it. Since it has been about twenty or so years since I received it, it’s worn in all the corners (I’ve done a rather pitiful job patching them) and around the edges, and is starting to develop some holes.
My question is: How would I go about finding another one of these?
I have looked on Ebay numerous times, and several vintage online stores, but cannot find anything close. Right now, the only thing I can do would be to sit and wait for someone to post one on Ebay, but I wanted to see if anyone on Y! Answers had seen one or knows where I could possibly find one.
