I am looking for a crib mattress for my baby due this august. I already took a crib (Graco – Sara). Could you please suggest a good crib mattress that is not too expensive but at the same comfortable for the baby? I was looking at Sealy baby ultra rest that is sold for about . Is that a good deal?

What are your favorite baby/toddler shoes- besides Robeez crib shoes?
We just got my son his first pair of "real" shoes-
he has worn Robeez ever since he was born and had Robeez boots this winter (soft leather). The shoes we got are Stride Rite and they’re really cute.

I’ve also looked at See Kai Run, Robeez Tredz and a couple others- but I liked these because they are cute, will go with lots of stuff- and they had them in his size. I haven’t been able to find many shoes I like in his size, even online lately!!

I bought those for my son. I just returned them yesterday. he isn’t walking quit yet- and they just wouldn’t stay on his feet!! but i love them!!
sara- i asked what shoes you liked, not to insult the shoes i bought.

I happen to like the shoes we got for him- and MANY childrens shoes cost what Stride Rite costs.

I don’t like all of there shoes- but I DO think there are SOME cute ones. Plus, they are good for thier feet.

i have thought about them before, but didn’t know if they were better to get after he actually has learned to walk. he’s almost there – but not quit. I have a pair and wear them quite often- and my son’s father also has a pair he wears often too!

my sister in law is having her first baby and she would like a forever friends baby blanket knitting for her however i have looked every were and so far have had no luck in finding a pattern does any one know were they sell them. many thanks sara

I just asked a question refering to "african american baby names ?". And for all the ignorant people out there, first off, its hard for any african american to identitfy our original culture because if you knew history you would know that we were stripped of it. African american culture today such as hip hop, clothing our slang is our new culture as we know it, the only one we have! So for anyone out there who doesnt understand why we name our children the way names we do or why we speak or look the way we do realize that it is 2007, and this is our new culture that we had to create ourselves, with its good and bad, alllll of it is a direct result of oppression and it gives us our identity. So and African American name…whatever it may be sha-naynay, is what we have had to create because we are not african, we are african descent. The african american is a race by its self, nobody hates on becky and sara so back off. So for all the ignorant comments, go screw yourself!
