I have a son who just turned one. I buy almost all of his clothes second hand and don’t spend over 50c for each item, so I can afford to fully stock his closet. I only like to do laundry every other week or so. But then for his birthday, our family got him a lot of clothes too. Here’s what we have for him to wear while he’s 12 to 18 months, which will last him from now (winter) through summer:

4 pairs of jeans and 7 pairs of other pants in 12-18. He still wears 9-12 months though right now, and we have 13 pairs of pants and 6 pairs of jeans in that size

6 long sleeve onesies, which I mainly use as undershirts in the winter

9 long sleeve shirts as well as 7 sweatshirts (plus he can still wear his 12 month stuff, which he has 17 long sleeve shirts)

8 short sleeve onesies, 8 short sleeved shirts, 7 t-shirts with matching shorts, 11 other pairs of shorts, a pair of swim trunks, 5 summer one-piece outfits, 8 tank tops

7 pairs of footed PJs

A windbreaker and a light jacket

One pair of tennis shoes and one pair of sandals which hopefully will fit him this summer!

Before I had my son I would see such cute outfits in the store. But now, I can’t find anything! And it’s even worse when it comes to dress shoes. I was trying to find black shoes for my son the other day. I went to JC Pennys who only had two to choose from, which didn’t fit. Meanwhile there were like 15 little girls(yeah I’m exaggerating). I went to every store I could find but ended up ordering them on line. Just hope they fit. It just gets frustrating when I’m trying to find something for church and all I can find are shorts, T-shirts and sandals, you know?

our son is 9 1/2 months old…right now he wears a size 2 in infant shoes (like walmart baby shoes and stuff)…

I found these pre-walk shoes at Target (online) http://www.target.com/Pre-Walk-Boys-Circo-Adan-Sandal/dp/B001H0Y5YO/qid=1239305384/ref=br_1_9/178-6306141-0167205?ie=UTF8&node=1250317011&frombrowse=1&rh=&page=1 but I don’t know what size to get…especially since the sizes are 2M, 3M, 4M, and 5M…

The only sandals that I have found at walmart are more like a slick fake leather stuff and I can’t even stand to wear something like that…these are the only sandals that I have found that would probably work for our son…

Just don’t know what in the world size I would need for our son…THANKS!!!

Hi! Our ten-month old son has no ankles. He has sweet, chubby little legs that basically turn straight into sweet, chubby little feet.

We are trying to find any footwear for him. Sandals, shoes, boots, slippers, booties – anything that will fit him. We’ve been to about 6 stores, and haven’t found one pair that we can both get on his foot and that won’t cut off the circulation around what is supposed to be an ankle (tee hee!).

With his starting to walk and summer coming, I thought I’d ask in case I have to order something custom.

We loved the Robeez for our daughter and they don’t work at all for our son. And, we got a bootie pair of laced shoes from Wal-mart that we can get on, but they don’t stay on at all even when he’s not walking. We don’t actually expect them to stay on at this point when he’s crawling around and practicing his cool baby strut, but we will need to very, very soon.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you soooo much!

I forgot to mention…the top of his foot is really round. His foot is a little like a little ball of chubby. They really are the cutest feet in the world! So, I think the first one might work, with the adjustable strap on top. I’ll take him to Payless and see if they have any in stock now.

My 2 y/o son is in need of some new sandals for this summer. I am looking for something that will last and take a beating. Keen Newport H2 is kind of what I am leaning toward right now for him. Any other brands just as nice or better for toddler boy sandals?

In the last two months, I spent an enormous ,000 (yes, THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS) on designer clothes. I have a ,200 pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses, ,500 Louis Vuitton Messenger Bag, ,000 Chanel Sweater, 0 Louis Vuitton T-Shirt, a 0 pair of Dior Homme Jeans, a 0 Gucci Sweater, 2 pairs of 0 Louis Vuitton Jeans, a ,200 Loro Piana Baby Cashmere Sweater, a 0 pair of Gucci jeans, a ,100 pair of Chanel pants, a 0 Gucci belt, 3 pairs of 0 Gucci shoes, a pair of 0 Louis Vuitton sneakers, a pair of 0 Prada sneakers, 2 pairs of 0 Louis Vuittion sandals, and much, much more. And no, I am 100% SERIOUS and NOT JOKING.

Is this an addiction? I want to stop spending so much money on designer stuff, but whenever I see something super expensive, I just can’t stop myself from buying it. Is this some sort of psychological problem? Please give me some advice, especially if you have been in a similar situation. Thanks.
