Now, it might just be me being an older first time parent. We have one income for our family so, money is tight. Some things I don’t mind hand me downs as a lot of his stuff is. As we all know as parents some stuff we prefer to be new and not used. Swimwear is one for me. I was online earlier browsing around and I couldn’t believe on how much they charge for swim trunks. Men’s trunks don’t cost much more than the toddler’s! If he’s not wearing them on a regular basis and just needs them for daycare water day would you just go for the generic ones or would you invest in the sun protection ones? Just wondering which would be more worthwhile. We don’t have a pool or sprinkler for him his backyard play area is well shaded. Thanks experienced parents I appreciate the help. Take care.
our boy is 2 yrs. 7 mos. if that helps. He’s just gone up a size in shoes in less than 3 mos. I was looking at Walmart, Kmart, khol’s, target, sears, toy’s r us.
Prices ranging from .50-20 some were characters others I guess brand name and sun protection built into the material. I’m in the mid-south if that matters. our summers can get brutal at times.

Is there a store that sells cheap and cute premie clothing,(i am not sure if my baby will be premie, but i know she will be small so….) we have a target,walmart,toysrus, not really anything else, well we have a shopko and a kmart as well. If someone could help me out that would be great.
also, my doctor did an ultrasound and said she was going to be small, thats why i asked.
Emma has a short, fat foot and so far we have been buying her shoes at KMart and WalMart, but now that she is trying to walk I was going to buy her a good pair. The problem is she needs a 3W (I think) and most shoe stores only carry wide in 4′s and above. So what brand/where do you buy?
This will be my 3rd child and THIS TIME its a BOY. There for nothing from my previous children is for boys. lol Sooo here goes the hunt for baby gear for boys. I CANT FIND ANYTHING ONLINE!! I dont have the time to go out and shop. work and take care of 2 girls full time.
I’ve looked at walmart.com target.com jcpenny.com and baby depot.com…i dont know where else to look. i refuse to buy used so dont suggest ebay or something like that.
but where do i look?? im out of ideas.
we dont really shop at kmart. everytime we buy something from there it becomes a disappointment.
By this I don’t mean "the Mall" as I think it’s just foolish to spend "Gap", "Gymboree", "Tommy", "The Children’s Place" etc. on kids when they grow up so fast. Who has good quality kids clothes that are affordable? Old Navy? Target? Shopko? Kmart? Walmart? Kohl’s? JCPenny?
My daughter is in size 5T (also girls XS or 4-5), and I am having a hard time finding "play clothes" in her size, online and in local stores. I have done the ebay thing, and sites like Old Navy (they had her size for maybe a week before everything sold out lol), but I was just wondering if anyone could suggest a site that I may have missed. My girl just needs play clothes, simple shorts/tees… I have found it easy to find clean up clothes in local stores, but as far as play clothes are concerned I haven’t found much of anything. I’m not about to drop an outfit for play clothes that are just going to get beat up, and I know my girl can’t wear cute little skirts every single day either lol.

We have done the target/walmart as well… and I’m guessing that 5t isn’t a real popular size because it seems that it is sold out everywhere.
Kmart had a few tshirts, but shorts were out of the question. Maybe my area just sucks LOL.
My son is having his picture taken for his first birthday and he needs a couple outfits. 1 dress up (sweater vest, tie, etc) outfit and I really want to find a light blue polo shirt for him to wear with jeans… but where can I look online.
I’ve already tried target, kmart, but where else?
He is 25 lbs, so that is why I need toddler sizes (he is basically a 18-24 mo or 2T. Thanks!
I am new to the baby girl thing and am starting to shop for girl stuff. I am trying to be more practical with my daughter then my son as I WAY over did it with him. I am not really a Kmart kind of girl, but I am not a snob either. I am just looking for really cute, well made clothing. What are some of your favorites?
