I am very upset in how there is an overwhelming amount of clothing options for girls in department stores. I like my son to wear a sophisicated, classy, sporty urban look. The only clothes that come close to these looks are at babygap and children’s place in pittsburgh, pa. but unfortunately they charge an arm and a leg for baby clothes which only has but so much fabric to it! do yal feel theres a market out there for an all boys clothing store?
I want to be able to buy clothes for my son without having to use coupons or wait for good sales to get the clothing I want and i dont think anybody else with son’s should have to either. girls clothes dont cost that much!
Girls have several clothing stores to choose from but little boys dont. the market im gearing towards is only males from newborn to toddler with inexpensive clothing in it. including coats, ties, suits, hats, wallets, etc.

If you were a new parent of a preemie, how much, if at all, would you expect to pay for a medium-sized bag (like a Target shopping bag) of used but good condition preemie clothes? I’d like to sell them in my local newspaper, is why I ask, but I don’t know if it’s worth it or not to place the ad. They’re girls’ clothes, by the way, if that helps. Thx.

My boyfriend freaks out when our 2 year old son dresses in girls clothes and puts on makeup with his sisters. He gets angry and wants to punish him. He says that he will grow to be a fag and allowing him to freely play this way only teaches him to be feminine. I disagree and feel that many young children do this and it shouldn’t be an issue.
It breaks my heart that my boyfriend would think this way. What would someone who has experience in early childhood development say to this?

I have 2 1/2 year old twin boys who are basically wearing 3T clothes. Most 2T jeans still fit. But I am about to get custody of my 2 year old niece and a friend passed along a bag of clothes for me to get her started off with. Alot of them are size 3T, but compared to my boy’s clothes, they look smaller. Are toddler girls clothes made smaller than toddler boys clothing? Or is it just the brand of the clothing? I know certain brands do run a little smaller with my boys clothes. But I didnt’ know if they made girls clothes differently.

The girls clothes make me want to puke!. The boys clothes have cute puppy dogs, like huskies on them, and even guitars and skulls. But the girls clothes are all cheap looking pink with little flowers. I can’t believe people prefer the girls clothing. I’m so sick of the brown and pink mix outfits. We do not just wear pink, so why does our baby girl have to?. Please tell me where I can find unique or even vintage type clothing.

I was wondering if anybody have any 18-24mo baby girls clothes that they don’t want anymore and giving away for free. I live in a shelter so i don’t have away to pick of the clothes.

I went to a few stores last night and in the baby section it was more baby girl clothes than boys. I couldn’t find anything for my one month old son. Is shopping for boys harder? Is it true that there are more baby girls born then there are boys? Does anyone else have problems looking for baby boy clothes? thanks
i went to walmart and they had the 3$ sales but nothing for my son. it was all girls clothes.

I just want to hear your opinions. Is the sizes, the styles, the colors- whatever. Now is the time to vent your frustrations. For me it is the colors- I hate that most of the infant clothes are either blue for boys and pink for girls. I am having another little girl soon and I would like to get her some really cute clothes, but I don’t like pink at all. The choices that aren’t pink are rather limited.
So funny because so many mothers of boys complain about the limited selection of clothes. And you are right there is a limited selection of boys clothes. But I always find myself going to the boys section and looking for things for my girls because for a child under 1 there is such a limited selection of non-pink girls clothes.

And I hate the snaps in the back of shirts, especially for child under the age of 6 months. Such a pain.
