My 8 1/2 month old just started pulling himself up. He pulls the crib bumper down and looks through the crib bars but he keeps hitting his head. Do they sell special bumpers that dont move? I’m reluctant to remove the bumpers because he turns a lot in his sleep and always bumps into them.

I just got my bedding I ordered from Ebay and I am having prolems installing the crib bumper. Do I have to have the mattress in there first? I tried installing it without the mattress and then had trouble getting the mattress back in.

Please…..I have heard about and read about the dangers with bumpers and I do plan to take it away once he can move around, but just for now I need to know how to install it.

i keep hearing that the standard crib bumper is not safe, & that it is better to not use one at all! then there are the mesh ones (which are ugly) & the wonder bumpers (which are expensive!!) & i’m not really sure which to use. i already have a crib bedding set & it has a standard bumper & i like it, but don’t want to use it if it is unsafe. plus it doesn’t seem to have as many ties on it as it should! so what are my best options here??

My older daughter once got her crib bumper wrapped around her neck, so I am very nervous about using them with my 5 month old. I haven’t used them at all since the day Savannah got choked, but now Sabrina keeps getting her arms and legs stuck in between the rails. Any suggestions? What do I do?

I saw an adorable baby crib bumper on ebay w/ antique police cars on it, but I have been unable to find any additional pieces. Does anyone know where I could find the quilt or other accessories?

PS- I am looking to do a police themed nursery. I do not want "transportation" or other combined themes like w/ fire trucks , only police on the bedding. Are there any other crib bedding sets I am unaware of?

I am hoping some experienced mothers can help me out on this question. I thought all crib bumper pads were 4 sided until I saw a 3 sided one tonight while searching the internet. Does anybody know the difference between the two?? Is a 3 sided bumper pad safe??

I purchased a convertable crib from target and one long side of it is solid wood (no vertical slots). I have a hard time getting a bumper on the bed since on side is solid and i cant tie anything to it.

I wanted to get a BreathableBaby Crib Bumper because my daughter is getting her arms and legs caught in the slots of the crib. Will it work with the crib I have? thanks

We put our crib bumper on when our little guy would bang his head against the crib when he was a couple of months old. He is now eight months old and rolling around like crazy in the crib. Should we take the bumper off or leave it on?
