I want a little table for my children to do activities like painting, coloring ect. on but i can find those little one’s at walmart with the spiderman and so forth but i need more room. I have 3 kids so it has to be big enough to fit the three of them with space for supplies too. I have been looking at the daycare furniture sites but those tables cost alot of money and you have to buy the chairs seperately which makes it cost even more. I’ll take any suggestions thanks

Most don’t like playing games at showers… I was going to have nice fall flower arrangements decorating the tables, and put a tag on the bottom of 4 or 5 lucky chairs for the prizes. We rented a facility and will have good food for all invited. We will probably play just one game. We have cake and punch and the baby is due early November. We will have light decorations also. Is this fine?

My son has ton’s and ton’s of clothes and I am starting to run out of room to store all of his things. The clothes are taking up most of the room though. This question contains a few questions

1. Where can I find those neat vacume sealed bags that you can put up to 50 pieces of clothes in and it shrinks it down into a small easy to store bag? And what the heck is it called lol

2. What is a good closet organizer for the clothes he already has, I went a little nuts with buying clothes for him

3. What is the best way to store delicate items such as infant swings, bouncy chairs, bassinets, and car seats so that they don’t get dirty or gross.

We don’t want to throw any of this stuff out or give it away as we are wanting to have more kids and it just wouldn’t make since to give all of this stuff away only to have to buy more

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT THANKS
ALSO when you buy the space bags does it come with the special vacume that is needed to seal these bags properly or how does that work I am new to using these

I have not started my registry nor do I plan to until probably around Thanksgiving time. I am just curious what everyone bought before their showers. I am a big CraigsList surfer but haven’t purchased much yet. I think you can find great stuff on there for fractions of the price. I was thinking I would buy used a video baby monitor, cloth diapers (to find my preferred type/brand) and dresser and crib set (once I check out the recalls, etc). I have also been given a bunch of stuff from my sister in law like bouncy chairs, bassinettes, infant swing, clothing, baby tub, stroller & carseat (not sure about it’s safety rating though) and a bunch of other stuff I have no idea what it is.

What is left for my baby registry?

Baby #1 due February 1, 2011 and shower is only 2 weeks before the due date!
Having the shower so close because that’s when my sister (has time and) offered to have it for me. I would prefer to have it after the baby is born that way out of town people could meet the baby and we don’t know what we’re having yet!

I have twins so we have double of EVERYTHING, it is all in perfect condition. How do I price items for sale? I have preemie, 0-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9012, 12-18 months double sets of baby outfits. I have 2 swings, bouncy chairs, etc etc.

Where is best to sell?
Garage sale, consignment, ebay?

Since yesterday I have found an alarming amount of moldy items in my basement ranging from: a baby swing, car seat, play gym, to chairs, desk, and sleeping bag.

I threw out almost everything. In hope of maybe having a second child, I saved my first daughter’s things. I put them down in the basement in bags and the mold is growing inside the bags. The car seat and baby swing is growing multi-colored mold all over the harnesses.

Can I make this safe so my future child can use this or should I just toss them?

At what age? Just curious. My 1 year old is already trying to climb out of her crib. She’s not even really walking yet, but she’s a little monkey. She climbs onto and off of the couch, off of my (high) bed. Onto chairs and anything within in reach. My son wasn’t like this, so just wondering!

I’ll be having my baby shower in February, and here in Wisconsin thats the coldest month of the year so there is no way it can be outside What are some good types of places to have a baby shower that would be pretty cheap? We will be bringing our own food and would just need tables, chairs, a roof and electricity and heat. Thanks!
