so I started him out on breast milk when he was in the hospital. he was preemie. once I took him home I was so tired didn’t have much help and started pumping less, eventually quitting completely. He would never latch on either, just scream. I put him on enfamil enfacare for preemies and he did fine.
when he was about a month old he started getting flim and acidy reflux. he still has it to this day and he is almost 5 months old.
i started feeing him cereal and baby food after christmas and he seemed to be doing fine ready and all
doctor told us his spitting up would get better as he got older and it’s only getting worse…
he said flim is from smoke on my clothes, but i smoke outside
said acid reflux and spitting up he’ll grow out of… well he hasn’t yet.
so i told wicc nurse about spittin up she said try soy so i am trying now. i heard of RA for spitting up babies and acid reflux but was told i have to try soy first…. so far he isn’t doing much better or any different…. so i’m going to take away his cereal and baby food just to see if that might be the problem.
he spits up mostly during his burps and after feedings.. no matter how i lay him or how much or less i feed him.
what do you think could be causing the acid reflux, flim, and constant spittin up??? its not too much spit up just enough to keep changin him…. and did your child do good on soy for spittin up? … also he was never diagnosed with milk allergies or lactose intolerant they told me to try soy just for spitting up… makes sense huh
