I am planning on incorporating myself in the next 3 months. I am a clothing designer and I make childrens wear and misses but under two different brand names. I would like to register both names and I felt it would be easier to form an LLC and have the two brands under it like an umbrella company. An example of this would be LIMITED BRANDS which is the parent company of Victoria’s Secret, The Limited, Bath and Body Works and others. Phat Fashions LLC also has Baby Phat and Phat Farm underneath.
How would I go about something like that? I am considering legal zoom but I don’t think they even give you that option. I would really want everything combined instead of registering two separate companies.
If anyone knows anything about this or has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!! thanks in advance!!

Baby gear would be stuff for birth – 24 months. Looking for brand names too. This is hypothetical, so it can be stuff you already have.
For purposes of this answer we’ll exclude crib and basic baby furniture and exclude breast pumps.
Can include everything from car seats, boppys, slings/ backpacks, gyms/saucers, and cloth diapers if that is what you use, etc etc.
"Gear" would also be stuff over (so no baby spoons) and not consumable (no disposable diapers, wipes).

I am related to someone (not by blood) who dresses her toddler up in stuff like Tommy, Gap, Abercrombie, and expensive mall brands, ect. She is young — 20 yrs old. I believe that she doesn’t have the money to be spending it on expensive clothes. When they are babies– why give them brand names– i do know that when your a teenager you want the brand names so why not buy it for them when they are teens? Also, she shows it off like she is so proud of it like she is made of money. I know she is not. My daughter is still an infant and of course I have splurged on baby gear but not on clothes that will be drooled on and stained, also I have been given some used clothes too. Does anyone else here agree?
