I am only 7 weeks along but hubby and I decided to check out some baby stores this weekend just to know how much stuff costs (and budget for it in the future). I’m more confused now than I was before! There are all these different items I wasn’t even aware we needed, and it turns out everything is super expensive!
I know the baby industry tries to sell you everything under the sun, so what exactly will I need in setting up the nursery before the baby is born?

I’ve currently opened a store kiosk in the Manhattan Village Shopping Center in Manhattan Beach, California called Best Nine Months and I’m finding it a challenge in offering the right product mix for baby related gift items. My target audience is medium to high end markets. What are some of the popular baby gift items on the market today people are noticing? I’m looking for unique and cute gift type like items. I just had twin girls (still deciding names), and have lots of stuff for them, but what are some good toys and things? Whats the best kind of crib, that’s durable, comfortable and will last a long time? We have a playpen, a few toys, pacifiers, blankets, car seats, diapers, and baby formula
Were borrowing everything else from neighbors- highchairs, bibs, cribs and stuff like that. Were not sure what stuff will last for a while. What are some good baby stores? And things to entertain them?

I live in MN, and want to find my baby a spring/summer jacket, but for the Anaheim Angels. Our Babies R Us and JCPenney stores sell Twins stuff, but I can’t seem to find an Angels Jacket ANYWHERE (online, ebay, etc)

If you’ve been to any baby stores lately, have you seen any infant (9-12 month) spring jackets?? Can you give me the name/city of the store so I can call and see if they can ship?? It’s probably on a display with a bunch of Anaheim Angels stuff, if you happened to pass by it, can you please help me out? I do give best answers!

My adorable baby cousin is turning 2 soon. And I won’t be able to be there for her Birthday, sadly. Her mom loves baby stores like Naartjie and Baby gap. But they don’t have Naartjie in the state I live in, and Baby Gap is too expensive because I’m only 14. And I went to the Naartjie website and they don’t have too many clothes on their website. Where can I find clothes kind of like Naartjie online for cheap?

I have a unique bib that I have invented. It’s a triangle shape bib that I created for my son, who has special needs. I wanted something that would soak up drool, not look like a bib, but still kept his clothing dry. I sell them online for .95 and have contacted a chain of baby stores (have them in all sizes) who are very interested in purchasing them wholesale. I don’t know what I should charge or if I should make them buy so many??? I’ve heard so many people say not to use bumpers or comforters, it makes me wonder if I should even bother buying those four piece crib bedding sets at the baby stores. If I can only use the fitted sheet and the crib skirt, isn’t it a waste of money to buy a four piece set?

I’ve been looking online for a couple of months, and looked at websites like Babies R Us, Walmart, Target and a few others for baby stuff. I like BRUS but in some things they’re prices, I ain’t payin’..lol Some thing are ridiculous in prices and then somethings I like at the cheaper stores I don’t like or they don’t have good reviews. Things like towels washcloths, clothes [basics], all the way up to the big things. Were there any unpopular online discount baby stores or other stores where you got things for cheap? Or other online stores with a baby section? I am definitely up for hitting up consignment shops…Though no questions asked I am buying a new and good crib mattress. Where did you get everything for baby?

All the baby stores I go to are outragious in some of their prices, but department stores and Walmart just don’t seem to have the variety and the really cute clothes. Where is a good store?
