I usually get my baby phat clothes online (on their website), but I have heard that there are other places to get baby phat clothes for cheap. Does anyone know of these places? is the mall one? and where else.
I like to draw dresses and clothes and shoes and im really good at it and i want to know how can i take it to major fashion places & things such as baby phat or meet with the designers of heatherette or even get my own clothing line. Any suggestions here?!

I work in a botique, and I sell Ed Hardy clothes and Baby Phat clothes, and I just really think they are overpriced, but none the less, I understand it is my responsibility to sell these items which are made in China, but, I am having difficulty doing so considering the fact that I do not feel that they are worth what they are priced. We have shirts priced at 7.00 for just a hoody. We have Louis Vitone purses for sale for 00.00 I just, I’m having difficulty. And I do try to sell them, and the owner keeps asking me why no one’s buying the product, and I just want to scream at her, because its overpriced, but, I don’t know, any advice? I need my job, but this is just ridiculous in my opinion. The Baby Phat coats she just purchased are actually on sale on line for cheaper than what purchased them at wholesale. Any advice?

I am planning on incorporating myself in the next 3 months. I am a clothing designer and I make childrens wear and misses but under two different brand names. I would like to register both names and I felt it would be easier to form an LLC and have the two brands under it like an umbrella company. An example of this would be LIMITED BRANDS which is the parent company of Victoria’s Secret, The Limited, Bath and Body Works and others. Phat Fashions LLC also has Baby Phat and Phat Farm underneath.
How would I go about something like that? I am considering legal zoom but I don’t think they even give you that option. I would really want everything combined instead of registering two separate companies.
If anyone knows anything about this or has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!! thanks in advance!!
