I’ve never been involved with the child up until now. She didn’t let me be involved because she wanted her new husband to adopt the child.

I want to get full custody of the child because I don’t think she is a fit parent for several reasons.

#1 She has a mental disorder, making her prone to anxiety/panic attacks every single day. She is scared of everything. She literally is to scared to take showers or go to the bathroom by herself (she has to have her husband with her 24/7). She is VERY insecure, and is also prone to violent outbreaks. She is literally diagnosed with insanity.

#2 Neither of them have jobs or education. She made her husband quit his once-a-week job because she couldn’t bare to be apart from him for those six hours. She wanted to go to work with him, which wasn’t allowed at his job.

#3 She has a shopping addiction. She will get formula from WIC, return the formula, and use the store credit to buy herself clothes. She spends the 0 she gets in cash aid on herself and they will be broke within a week. She has that hording personality and buys so many clothes, she doesn’t even wear them! She will literally wear the same clothes four to five days straight.

#4 She feeds our 9-month-old daughter horribly. She has been drinking cows milk since she was 6 months old (because she doesn’t want to spend the money on formula). She feeds her McDonald’s, like the hamburger buns and french fries. She also feeds her stage 3 pastas even though the doctor has told her not to because the child isn’t ready for it. She feeds her cookies, cake, and other stuff. She will admit that our daughter only eats "processed and sugary stuff".

#5 They both have drinking problems. They will throw parties at their house all night long and the child will be upstairs in the crib crying for hours. They will also leave the daughter in a dirty diaper for hours. She always has a diaper rash. She claims its because she doesn’t smell it, then claims it’s save diapers.

#6 Their house is TRASHED! You can’t see the floor to their bedroom because there are so many clothes, garbage, dirty diapers. There is rotting food in the refrigerator. The dishes are never washed and are covered in mold. There are old baby bottles with black mold it them everywhere. There is cobwebs, bugs, animal feces everywhere. It’s disgusting.

How hard do you think would it be to get full custody of child from the mom? I do want her to be apart of the childs life, I just don’t think she is capable of properly caring for this baby.

The dreaded pacifier addiction. My baby (almost 3 months old) will lay down fine to go to sleep; if his pacifier is in his mouth. The problem comes when it falls out, then he starts to fuss then cry. We have to constantly go into his room to put it back in, then he will relax again and start to doze off, then it falls out again…etc. When will this stop? What can I do to get him to sleep without the pacifier? Help – his bedroom is upstairs!

Too many clothes?

Anyone else feel like a girl should have a lot of clothes. I am mainly talking about infants and toddlers, but really any age. I know I love clothes, and I have a son and daugther. With my daughter I go crazy but boy stuff isnt as cute. How much does a little girl really need, or is it ok to have enough to always have something different to wear. I feel like all my money is going for her stuff, but its an addiction I just want her to be stylish.

Am I ADDICTED to DESIGNER CLOTHES?

In the last two months, I spent an enormous ,000 (yes, THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS) on designer clothes. I have a ,200 pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses, ,500 Louis Vuitton Messenger Bag, ,000 Chanel Sweater, 0 Louis Vuitton T-Shirt, a 0 pair of Dior Homme Jeans, a 0 Gucci Sweater, 2 pairs of 0 Louis Vuitton Jeans, a ,200 Loro Piana Baby Cashmere Sweater, a 0 pair of Gucci jeans, a ,100 pair of Chanel pants, a 0 Gucci belt, 3 pairs of 0 Gucci shoes, a pair of 0 Louis Vuitton sneakers, a pair of 0 Prada sneakers, 2 pairs of 0 Louis Vuittion sandals, and much, much more. And no, I am 100% SERIOUS and NOT JOKING.

Is this an addiction? I want to stop spending so much money on designer stuff, but whenever I see something super expensive, I just can’t stop myself from buying it. Is this some sort of psychological problem? Please give me some advice, especially if you have been in a similar situation. Thanks.
