Do I need to lose weight?
Hey all! I’m 16 years old and among a lot of other things, my weight has been bothering me, I know I’m too young to worry about all that stuff but I can’t help it.
I’m 5ft1" and 9st5lbs, or for people outside the UK, 65 kgs. I have a typical hourglass body, small waist,average breasts and long legs, and I do love my body shape, its lovely, but I have such a belly!!! It sits out over my jeans, and when I’m sitting and it makes me so self concious, I’m not fat, I know that, I’m fine everywhere else, but this belly looks like a baby bump, I literally look 4/5 months pregnant and I can’t seem to lose the belly!!! Any tips?
I eat a fairly balanced diet, my mum doesnt keep a lot of junk food in the house, on a typical day I walk just over three miles plus all the walking up and down stairs in school and I workout and dance a lot, but this weight wont shift!!! And all my clothes look terrible on me because I need a size 12 to sit over my "bump" instead of the size 10 my hips are, so my jeans are baggy!!!!
