Organizing clothes?
So I’m very confused about baby clothes, my son still has 0-3 month clothes that are huge on him, and he has some 3-6 month clothes that wont even go over his head… I have about 4 big boxes full of 3-6 month clothes but I really dont want to get them all out right now, because he still wears some 0-3 month clothes, So my question is how did your organize your childs clothes when they went through this awkward stage of not really fitting into anything? I feel like he wears the same outfits over and over, so I need to get some more out, should I just get rid of all the newborn clothes and bring out the 3-6 and just let some be too big for a while? (P.S. this child has more clothes then he knows what to do with, so I feel like I’m drowning in them, so putting the 0-3 and 3-6 month clothes all together is IMPOSSIBLE) How did you handle this *inbetween*stage?

it sounds like you are handling this in between stage just fine.
have a "dressing" day where you help him try on as many outfits as you can. put all the "fits now" in one pile, and all the "will fit soons" in another pile.
when he gets sick of trying on the clothes, use the "fits now" clothes as the measure to see if you can sort the rest of his clothes.
and there you have it, you’ve sorted it all out and you know what’s happening. AND you’re ready for the next couple of months too.
ALSO it’s fine for baby to wear the same outfits over and over.
this must be a first baby, they always have too much, you have a good idea, get out the ones that are a little big, then go online to freecycle.com and get rid of the excess
Sadly, my son is 4mths old and I still have not figured that out yet. Some things he wears 6-9mth clothes, some he is still wearing 3mths. You have to judge what he can wear by the size of the actually piece of clothing. All manufacturers are different.
I have kept plain onsies in with his PJ’s. I have put all of his pants that fit him now and the near future in a draw in size order. Anything that came as an outfit was put in a draw all together.
I would suggest making one drawer for a weeks worth of outfits. I find this be be extremely convenient when I am in a rush or hubby has to dress him.
LOL me too, its my second son, and i should of learnt first time round i know!
but he has piles, bags of clothes taking up a whole walk in closet! from 3-6 too 18mths,
