I agree, treat them all with love and respect and there will be one happy family, my daughter is a total CAT lover she grew up with some and now we have 3 they are such loves, cats, great pets! Give her lots of attention and love. She's soon get used to the baby. Also, as has already been said, don't leave cat alone with baby until your sure she's ok with the new addition to the family. She is feeling jealous, because of the newcomer. Just be sure to give the cat a lot of love and "people time"- you can't ignore her because of the baby. If she has a set feeding time, make sure you follow that schedule so she doesn't get more upset. But keep in mind- SHE WILL NOT HURT THE BABY!! Your cat will not hurt the baby. She is feeling jealous, because of the newcomer. Just be sure to give the cat a lot of love and "people time"- you can’t ignore her because of the baby.
