There are some great methods for cleaning the clothes, I bubble the doll clothes in 6 Efferdent hot water in a glass bowl do not use anything else unless its a crock, several times and you will be surprise how great the clothes come out. This is what I do when I have a doll come in for repair I take it to a good thrift store, go to the baby department and you will find a world of great items preemie will more than likely work. Some times you find great rompers sweaters, it great place to look and you can do a whole wardrobe too.
You can also take the doll name and search on ebay, like the American girl there are many people who make great clothes for them at a much less price, it is truely a good source.
how fat is the doll?i dont think so.
I think it matters on the size but if you have some baby clothes in which the size of the doll fits.Then I say that the baby clothes will fit the doll
Yes it might fit,to make it fit on the doll be sure to measure the doll’s length, width and height you can use a measuring tape to measure it .If it doesnt fit you can trim it or just buy in toy stores for doll clothes (toys r us, wal-mart or toy kingdom) – tnx
Yes an 18" doll will fit in preemie sized clothes. I’m sure your niece will love dressing her baby in them!!
