i would buy a 5-pack of newborn onesies as well. my daughter was born at 8 pounds and she fit newborn for 3 whole weeks. i would also buy 2-3 warm zip up sleepers. the outfits are cute but they can be uncomfortable for the baby.
i would probably go to walmart and pick up 2-3 premie sized onesies ($3 each) as well if you think she will be 6 pounds. just for the first couple days. thats what i did for my daughter and it worked out perfectly.
but dont buy too much of the newborn stuff, like i said, that size only lasts for a couple weeks. premie will only last for a couple days.
no more than 5
0-3 months is fine, Even if they are big, she will grow into them. Don’t buy too many things though cos before you know it, she will grow out of them. I made this mistake with my first and he didn’t end up wearing half the things I’d bought.
no u should definitely keep the clothes and not really rely on the ultrasound. The docs thought my baby was going to be bigggg and he came out to be 7 lbs and Like you I had way More 0-3 month clothes and babies do grow Fast as soon as u start feeding them that milk so you def have enough clothes and they will be a tad big but hey the bigger the better becuz she will grow
well a newborn uses a lot of closes so a lot
Don’t waste your money on the newborn stuff!! Even small babies grow really fast in the beginning! You can roll up sleeves for a few days and the baby will be on to the next size within a few weeks. Newborns are more comfortable in onsies and nighties. Buy a cute newborn outfit for comming home and pics, but don’t leave her in it for long. Nighties also make diaper changes easier. She won’t NEED real outfits for at least a month or two.
