Has anyone used a Breathable Baby Crib Bumper?
I was wondering if anyone has used one of these and what ages your children are. I just put one on my 3 1/2 month old’s crib because he was getting his legs stuck in the crib slats. It says on the package you can keep them in until they are ready to transition into a toddler bed. Thanks for any reviews.

I use one with my daughter. We started out with a regular bumper, but I was so worried she was going to suffocate because she was always shoving her face into it. I took it off and had no bumper, but she kept getting her arms and legs stuck. So I finally got the breathable bumper and I love it!! It’s still in her crib and she’s 21 months old. It’s so thin that she can’t use it to step on to try to climb out like some of the thicker bumpers. I have a newborn now and he has one in his crib too.
I use the breathable crib shield that covers the entire side of the crib because she would just move the bumper one down and still get stuck. I love it. My daughter was doing the same thing and it worried me. At first she didn’t like it because she can’t see out well, but it keeps her in! lol She is now 10 months old.
My friend used the bumper with her daughter and she loved it. she used it until she transitioned to a bed.
I started using one when my son was about 5 months because I was noticing his legs getting caught in the crib spaces. I used it until he was around 10 months old, he hasn’t gotten his legs stuck since I took them off. Either that or he just knows how to get his own legs out now! I guess you can keep them until they transition into a bed if you still need them by then.
I would like to get one, b/c my son loves having his whle face smothered into a stuffed animal or blanket to go to sleep!
I use them too, I put them in her crib when she was 5 months, they are awesome, keeps me from worrying in middle of the night, wondering if she is goign to twist her leg or her arm, or hit her head, and becuse they are breathable I dont worry all night long that she is going to suffocate!
