Seriously…a full scale investigation! Please do let the Children Protective Services bypass all these children who are being abused and concentrate on this mom who lets her baby go without shoes……in the summer! Just so you know, there are parents who will not let their children do certain things in public, such as on the floor in public places, but will at home. I try my hardest to not let my son put his mouth on the high chair in restaurants or tables in restaurants, but am not as picky about it at home because I know it IS clean. Was the mom putting her baby on the tables, putting her babies feet in other customers faces and so on? As soon as they said I had to leave with my baby, I would NOT have continued to order. I would have gone somewhere else. As long as the mom was holding her and not having her on the floor I see nothing wrong with it. A lot of parents, me included do not put shoes on their babies till they are walking, or it is cold outside.
Also: The thing about it, is I just read somewhere else that someone mentioned these kind of restaurants (Burger King/McDonald’s and so on) that have play areas……the kids shoes do have to be removed……so virtually they are breaking their own rules, as I read someone had posted someplace else.
wow that’s a little much…i hope that’s sarcasm i detect from you.
That’s messed up.
i think you are more than a bit extreme…obviously you have no children..sounds like this was a personal vandetta or biast decision since i’ve been to burger kings all over many times and never seen this happen and there are plenty of babies without shoes. plus at 6 months old the baby can prob just stand not fully walk around so it’s unlikey that this was the case. it was probably a media thing that she had her child standing on the floor. and for DHS…well thats just DUMB
at 6 months, the kids more likely to be ‘serviced’ by mom, than by the king!!
Redcorn say no. Baby fountain of youth. Place kicking baby out, cook food in slaughter cow fat and have nerve kick out fountain of youth.
Oh Dragon…calm down…I don’t think the baby qualifies for breaking a rule, the baby is too young to understand. As far as the mother goes, I would not put a young child of mine on that dirty floor and any Burger King I have been too is not that clean. But calling CPS is a bit extreme..the baby was not misused in any way..even though the mother did use poor judgement.
