If not, then no, it can not cause harm.
I would not think that it would have harmed your baby. The doctors will advise you not to use a a heating pad on your stomach, or and electric blanket because it can make your body temp rise. Also limit your time in hot tubs or baths that would rasie your temp.
I hope not, and no probably not but I don’t know much about that, good luck with your baby.

As long as you(the rest of you) doesn’t feel hot, then no it won’t do any damage..you skin may feel really hot but inside you baby is a nice perfect toasty 98.6
i wouldnt think that i would harm the baby unless you used a heating pad or something like that. your baby is more protected than you think through layers of skin fat muscle your uterus and then he is in the amniotic fluid so i really dont think you have anything to worry about.
just assume it can….take every precaution…..don’t use heated blanket over it….
