bathing my 6 month old?

my daughter is to big for her infant tub and she can’t quite sit unassisted so her seat is a little makes it a little hard to reach some spots so i’ve just been taking baths with her. we both love it i was just wondering if anyone else has struggled with bathing their 6 month old?

Here’s a tip I once heard – Try putting her in a laundry basket in the tub.
The dollar store near me has small round white ones she would probably be able to sit perfectly in there without falling over!

Well, sounds like you found a solution that works for the both of you.
At that age we just purchased a bath sponge and Noah laid on it in the "big" tub.
yes. my son was making such a mess, water was everywhere!!! when he was 3 months old we moved him from his infant tub and into the big tub. now he lays in this lil seat and i bathe him that way. i pull the curtain back so he doesn’t splash water everywhere.
his seat is like a baby deck chair. its very nice. got it from Baby’s R Us. i can get every inch of him, with only a few splashes of water to the face!! lol

We have this bath tub. You can lay her down until she can sit her up unassisted. Then when she can sit up she can sit on the opposite side of where she layed. We will be using this until she is a toddler and bought it when she was 4 months old.
