Baby showers!?!?

Hey… I’m having a baby shower on the 27th jan my family and friends are orgainsing it for me… I want to help with orgainising it but I don;t know what I should be doing.
What sort of things need to be done and what do u do at a baby shower? I know that sounds pretty dumb but I need to know lol!
And also how late on into the pregnancy did u have urs.
Ill be 29wks and 4 days when i’m having mine and i’m having the twins when i’m 34wks and 6 days. Is that to late to be having a shower.

Your shower is at a good time. I had my shower 6 weeks before my due date (which turned out to be 5 weeks before my daughter was born, she came a week early)

You can help in organising party games..this will make the guest more enthu..Small 1-2 mins games..decorate the room with ribbons n ballons..can arrange for small caps for each guest…some whistles..
you can organise a game like.." Everyone will be given one heart and that will be put on their dress with a pin..Now every1 will ask questions to each other throughout the party time..it can be anytime..and the other person has to say always answer YES..if he Says NO then his heart will be taken by that person and will attach that to his/her dress..the person who collects maximum hearts at the end of ur shower wins…u can gift him/her something…the rule is everything asked has to answered in Postive.(YES) …person shud not say NO whatever the question maybe..
Hearts can be made out of velvet paper…
Congratulations on your babies! I have a daughter and a son and didn’t have baby shower either time. Your family and friends should be able to organize it without you so that you can rest and relax. Once your bundles of joy come home there probably won’t be a lot of r&r for a while so enjoy it while you can. Best of luck.
