i went to the orthotist for my daughter, she told me the best shoes to have my daughter wear her insoles are trainers, i said i usually buy a size 7 for her but she said to put a size 9 so her foot can grow properly and because her foot expands. have you done this?

It’s still 5 months from now, but I want to get some ideas because I don’t know what would make the day special to her because she’s always around our friends and family, and everyone is always buying her things. So, a big party with lots of people and presents is good, but won’t be any different then a Saturday night at Grandma’s to her. So, I need ideas of what to do, where to go? For a really long time i have bean using just Banana Boat Tanning Oil to tan with and just yesterday I got a really bad reaction from it. My friends say that your body changes it’s tolerance every 7 years or something like that. I just used this tanning oil last week and I didn’t get any reaction. I still want to get tan. Is baby oil safe to use if you have sensitive skin? Does it get you more tan faster?
