I am trying to prioritize some of the things on my list that I want for my baby which is not due till August 15th however due to PIH my dr.s are watching my condition with my blood pressure and I have been told to prepare for an early delivery as soon as 34 weeks they could induce me and that is only a little more than 4 weeks away and i am so not prepared!!!!
What would you consider more improtant in my list- I have the crib, changing table and baby swing but other than that I am very unprepared due to being laid off work at 12 weeks and unable to find another one before I started having blood pressure problems which make it impossible for me to work now anyways so family is pitching in a little more than expected but I want to make sure every purchase is made with care

Would you/do you dress your kids in 2nd hand clothing?
i mentioned to a friend that my mom used to get us clothing at goodwill and yard sales even tho we had money for store bought things. we wore from all 3 really i explained.
she was floored and flipped that kids should never wear 2nd hand things.
there is nothing wrong in my eyes. most things kids wear is grown out of so fast they wear it only a few times.
i don’t see a reason to pay -20 a shirt and for pants for an infant/toddler/child to wear a few times when you can get 2nd near new things for pennies on the dollar.
i got over 40 pcs of clothing for a 2t girl on ebay for total w/shipping and her mom spent 0 for clothing for her bday!
what makes ppl pay outrageous prices for clothing when you can get tons for cheap going 2nd hand… (you can just get specific things from store to "fill in" what you don’t get 2nd hand)
i found someone on craigslist who offered me a full bag of 3t for , and 2 contractor size bags of 4t and 5/6t for each !! new or near new can you beat it!!

Where can I buy baby clothing in Osaka, Japan? I want to find something like kimonos and baby clothing that has japanese writing on the clothing. I am not sure yet if it’s a boy or girl, so I need to find neutral clothing.
Anyone know of any stores that would sell this in osaka japan?

I swear every one that I see drives up in a huge ,000 suv, Have the niceset cell phone (which they are always on so must have a million minutes,) Name brand clothing, nails done the whole shabang. The worst part, they dont want to pay ANYTHING for their childs care, they only want what medicaid will pay for. Who cares if my child will have a better life if i pay the 50.00, is their mentality. I want to tell them "if you can buy all those nice things, get off government assistance, and pay for yourself." At least get what you child needs. Your shirt on your back could have paid for 2 of them….These are the types that are to lazy to call us and their 6 year old makes their own appointment.

It seems like it would be difficult to fold them down low enough so it does disturb the stump. Especially with one-size cloth diapers. Anyone have experience with this? What brands work well?

My 9 month old son likes to chew on wet wash clothes and carry them around in his mouth(like a puppy with a bone!) i was just wondering if this is enough for his teeth or should i brush them myself?
btw, he has seven teeth and is getting 3 more in and he is biting everything that goes into his mouth.
